Project Managers - B.E Civil Engineers with about 15 years of work experience in construction industry with thorough knowledge in high rise building construction(apartment / flat). Must have good leadership skills. Must have flair for 100% Quality Workmanship. Must have proven track record of completing the projects in a timely manner and within the projected cost.
Estimation Engineer - Diploma / B.E Civil with 5 years of Estimation experience in an Apartment / flat / Villa / Layout related jobs. Should have thorough knowledge in Preparation of Micro level task Master, referring the Approved BOQ & Drawings.
Sr.Site Engineer - Diploma in Civil Engineering with 5-8 years experience in Apartment / flat / Villa / Layout construction work. Should be able to check that the work is completed within the planned time. To check all civil works physically as per drawing and give clearance for further work to be completed.
Sr. Engineer (QS) - B. E/Diploma in Civil Engineering with 5-8 years experience in Apartment / flat / Villa / Layout construction work. Should have the ability to co-ordinate with different agencies to keep smooth working of the project. To workout all the quantities and prepare requirements of material. To prepare rate analysis of various items. To maintain proper quality and control on wastage of materials at site.
Site Engineer - Diploma in Civil Engineering with 5 years of experience in Apartment / flat / Villa / Layout construction work. Should be able to maintain daily reports for day to day works done and ensure that check lists are ready at site and are being maintained after the clearance.
Supervisor - Diploma in Civil with 3 years of experience in Apartment / flat / Villa / Layout construction work. Supervise the Contractors and the labours for the work as per instruction’s give by his Manager and ensure that safety rules (helmets, Welding protection shield) are followed at site. To monitor the House keeping at site
Store Keeper - Graduation 3-6 years of experience in store activities in construction industry. Day to day recording of store material receipts and consumption. Checking stock as per records. Receiving materials, proper stocking, and recording of receipts. General supervision on site regarding wastage of material, improper use of material etc.
Executive (Accounts) - About 3 years of relevant experience in Construction industry well versed in Tally.
Executive (Sales & Marketing) - About 2 years of sales experience in Construction industry( Apartment / Flat / Villa ).
Executive (Purchase & Billing) - About 3 years of relevant experience in Construction industry. Purchase Order faxing and delivery follow up with the Supplier and Site. Processing the bills for payments. Maintaining files.
Sr. Executive - Vehicle Monitoring - About 4 to 8years of experience in handling and maintenance of vehicles used in construction sites.
